Individual Entrepreneur David Ovakimyan (TaxID: 20198839), acting on the basis of Armenian law, hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider," by means of this public offer posted on the website https://www.relocation2armenia.com, offers any interested adult individual, individual entrepreneur, or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer," to enter into this agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") under the terms set forth below.
This public offer is made in accordance with Articles 451 and 453 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia (RA).
The Agreement is considered concluded and enters into force in accordance with Article 454 of the Civil Code of RA upon its acceptance by the Customer.
Acceptance, which means the unconditional acceptance of all the terms of this offer without any exceptions or limitations, is the payment for the Service Provider's services in the amount and manner established by this Agreement.
The date of acceptance (the date of conclusion of the Agreement) is considered the actual date of receipt of payment by the Service Provider into its bank account.
By accepting this offer, the Customer confirms that they have read and agreed with all its terms.

Services - consulting services on commercial activity issues, as indicated on the Website and in the Annex to this Agreement.
Service Package - a set of multiple Services provided to the Customer simultaneously.
2.1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide the selected consulting services related to commercial activities and additional related services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") to the Customer, while the Customer agrees to accept and pay for these Services in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement.
2.2. The list and conditions for the provision of Services are indicated on the Website and in the Annex to this Agreement.
3.1. To order the Services, the Customer submits a request through the Website, Telegram, or WhatsApp.
3.2. After submitting a request, the Service Provider contacts the Customer to clarify the details and request all necessary information to begin providing the Services. (Communication with the Service Provider is conducted via Telegram/WhatsApp chats.)
3.3. The required initial data from the Customer for the provision of Services are listed in the Annex to the Agreement.
3.5. After the parties agree on the final list of Services and pricing, the Customer makes the payment as specified in Section 5 of the Agreement.
3.6. The Service Provider starts providing Services on the next business day after receiving the payment into their bank account.
4.1. The Service Provider undertakes to:
4.1.1. Provide the Services in a quality and timely manner, in accordance with the terms specified in the Agreement.
4.1.2. Promptly inform the Customer in case of circumstances preventing the provision of Services.
4.1.3. Maintain confidentiality regarding the Customer's personal data and contractual terms.
4.1.4. Answer Customer's questions regarding the provision of Services.
4.1.5. If documents are rejected or additional modifications are required due to errors made by the Service Provider, they must rectify the errors at no additional charge.
4.2. The Service Provider has the right to:
4.2.1. Request necessary information and documents from the Customer for the proper fulfillment of contractual obligations.
4.2.2. Suspend service provision if the Customer violates the Agreement.
4.2.3. Update the terms of the public offer by posting a revised version on the Website.
4.2.4. Offer discounts and bonuses at their discretion.
4.2.5. Engage third parties for service provision without the Customer’s prior consent.
4.3. The Customer undertakes to:
4.3.1. Pay for the Services in full according to Section 5.
4.3.2. Carefully review the terms of the Agreement and Service costs before accepting the offer.
4.3.3. Provide accurate and complete information required for the Services.
4.3.4. Respond promptly to the Service Provider’s inquiries.
4.3.5. Sign the acceptance report upon service completion or provide a reasoned refusal within the agreed timeframe.
4.4. The Customer has the right to:
4.4.1. Request updates on service progress.
4.4.2. Demand timely and proper service provision from the Service Provider.
4.4.3. После совершения оплаты требовать надлежащего и своевременного оказания Услуг Исполнителем согласно условиям Договора.
5.1. The estimated Service fees and payment methods are published on the Website.
5.2. The final cost is determined after order details are clarified and agreed upon with the Customer.
5.3. The Customer pays for the Services via a payment system link provided by the Service Provider, as follows:
- 50% advance payment within 3 days of receiving the payment link;
- Remaining 50% within 3 days after receiving the Service results.
5.4.Payment may also be made to a third party’s bank account as designated by the Service Provider, in accordance with Article 350 of the Civil Code of RA.
5.5. The electronic payment receipt is sent to the Customer.
5.6. The Services are deemed accepted if the Customer does not submit written complaints within 3 days after full payment.
5.7. Currency conversion is performed based on the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Armenia on the payment date.
6.1. The Service Provider is an operator of personal data under the RA Personal Data Protection Law (№ ՀՕ-49-Ն, May 18, 2015).
6.2. The Service Provider processes the following personal data of the Customer:
- Full name, phone number, email;
- Other relevant details required for service provision
6.3. Acceptance of this Agreement signifies the Customer’s consent to data processing.
6.4. The Customer may withdraw consent by submitting a written notice.
7.1. The Parties bear responsibility in accordance with Armenian law.
7.2. The Service Provider is not liable for delays due to the Customer's incomplete or inaccurate information.
7.3. Disputes should be resolved through negotiations. If unresolved, they will be handled by the courts of Armenia.
8.1. The Agreement enters into force upon acceptance and remains valid until service completion.
8.2. In force majeure events, service deadlines may be rescheduled.
8.3. Acceptance of services is confirmed without requiring a signed acceptance act.
8.4. The Parties recognize emails and chat messages as legally significant.
8.5. The Parties may use electronic document exchange (e.g., DocuSign) for legally binding agreements.
8.6. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
